We offer weekly yoga classes facing the view towards the ocean and the mountains of Lofoten
At Trevarefabrikken, we make sure to take care of both body and mind. Through their various yoga classes our instructors facilitate a moment of grounding for us all. Located in the 3rd floor of the factory with a view out towards the ocean, this space is our little hidden oasis for yoga classes, reatreats, meditation and courses that focus on body and wellbeing. Place yourself in the center of universe, be the little spoon with nature, and return well charged with a new experience or skill.
Our yoga classes will be available again from May 2025, as we are currently renovating our yoga shala. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you all practicing with us again soon.

Slow Sunday
It’s set for a calm atmosphere at the factory when we meet to relax and digest the impressions and feelings of the week. The practice focuses on breath - a meditative, therapeutic and calm practice. Here, the positions are held for a longer period of time to affect the body's muscles, joints, ligaments and connective tissue, so that they become revitalized, more flexible and stronger. This practice will help lower your stress levels, give space for your emotions and balance mind and body. Through presence in ourselves, we work to release physical and mental tensions. The practice is suitable for you who want to work deeply with yourself at a calm pace, and is also perfect as a supplement for those of you who have an active everyday life.
Every last Sunday of the month, the sauna will be open and you can continue your slow day.
Wednesday Vinyasa
Vinyasa is a dynamic and uplifting practice that connects conscious breath with movement. The practice will vary from time to time, and will contain balanced and thought through sequences including intention, meditation, warm-up, standing and seated positions, rotations and inversions - lead by an even breath to create clarity and lightness in both mind and body. During the practice you enhance your blood circulation, stamina, strength and stretch muscles. We always end the practice with a relaxation part that makes you feel revitalized and in balance.
